§ 5.74.010. Purpose.¶
Pursuant to Title 5, Division 2, Part 1, Chapter 12.5 of the California Government Code, any county can fix and collect charges for its service, in whole or in part, for the cost thereof.

§ 5.74.020. Fee for service.¶
The fee for service is based upon the cost of providing service and is applied to the following services:

| Purchasing researching (contracts, bids, proposals) | $37.83/hr. (or fraction thereof) | |
| Accounting research | $30.59/hr. (or fraction thereof) |
