§ 5.49.010. Title.¶
The ordinance codified in this chapter may be cited as "Merced County Registrar of Voters Fees."

§ 5.49.020. Purpose.¶
To establish fees for the purpose of recouping costs incurred by the Merced County Registrar of Voters for providing services. Pursuant to Government Code Title 5, Division 2, Part 1, Chapter 12.5 of the California Government Code, any County can fix and collect charges for its service, in whole or in part, for the cost thereof.

§ 5.49.040. Implementation.¶
The Merced County registrar of voters shall be responsible for implementation of this chapter and regulations adopted by the board of supervisors.
