§ 5.56.010. Purpose.

Pursuant to Title 5, Division 2, Part 1, Chapter 12.5 of the California Government Code, any county can fix and collect charges for its services, in whole or in part, for the cost thereof.

§ 5.56.020. Fee for service.

The fee for service is based upon costs of tax collections as mandated by the state and upon the cost of providing services for the 2024/2025 fiscal year, and is applied to the following services:
