§ 2.76.010. Established.

Pursuant to California Welfare and Institutions Code Section 856, a public elementary and secondary school is established and shall be maintained in connection with juvenile hall and juvenile camp system and shall be at such locations as established by the chief probation officer and the Merced County superintendent of schools.

§ 2.76.020. Maintenance authority.

Pursuant to California Welfare and Institutions Code Section 857, the school established under this chapter shall be maintained by the Merced County superintendent of schools.
