Chapter 5.04 — CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND

§ 5.04.010. Created.¶

Pursuant to the Statutes of 1937, Chapter 717, as amended by Statutes of 1941, Chapter 341, there is created in the Office of the County Treasurer a fund for capital outlays. (Ord. 242, 1944)

§ 5.04.020. Levy and collection.¶

Taxes may be levied and collected at the same time and in the same manner as county taxes for the capital outlay fund.
