DELINQUENCY PREVENTION COMMISSION

§ 2.44.010. Establishment.

Pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code § 35.5, in order to coordinate on a county-wide basis the work of those governmental and non-governmental organizations engaged in activities designated to prevent juvenile delinquency, there is established in the county a delinquency prevention commission.

§ 2.44.020. Juvenile justice commission.

The juvenile justice commission is designated to serve in the capacity of the delinquency prevention commission.
