§ 10.44.010. Designated.¶
Every person under the age of eighteen years who loiters in or about any public street or other public place or any place open to the public in the unincorporated area of the county between the hours of 10:00 p.m., Standard Time, or 11:00 p.m. Pacific Daylight Standard Time which such is in effect, and the time of sunrise of the following day when not accompanied by his parent, guardian or other adult person having the legal care, custody, or control of such person, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

§ 10.44.020. Violation—Penalty.¶
A violation of this chapter or of any provision thereof is punishable by a fine not exceeding Five hundred dollars or by imprisonment not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
