Chapter 10.04 — UNAUTHORIZED USE OF COUNTY VEHICLES

§ 10.04.010. Unlawful.¶
It is unlawful for any officer or employee of the county to drive, operate or otherwise use any vehicle belonging to the county except when the same is being used upon business pertaining to the county.

§ 10.04.020. Violation—Penalty.¶
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter is subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 1.28.
