§ 13.08.010. Prohibited.¶

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation including a landowner, lessee, or agent or employee thereof, to flow water or drain water upon, or over any public highway in the County or to permit irrigation water to flow or drain upon or over any such highway. (Ord. 330, 1956)

§ 13.08.020. Violation—Penalty.¶

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the penalties set for this in Chapter 1.28.
