§ 1.12.010. Consolidation.¶

Pursuant to Government Code Sections 71040 and 71042, the eight judicial districts now existing in Merced County are consolidated into one county-wide judicial district. Said judicial district shall be a judicial district consisting of all of the territory lying within the boundaries of the county of Merced, state of California, and shall be called the Merced County judicial district. (Ord. 768, 1975)
