Chapter 16.56 — X CONDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

§ 16.56.005. Establishment of the X conditional development district.

The conditional development district, also referred to as combining district, is a zoning district specifically established for the purpose of combining special regulations or conditions with one of the zoning districts as set forth in Section 16.08.010. (Ord. 786 § 6, 1988)

§ 16.56.010. Permitted uses.

There are no permitted uses in the X district. (Prior code § 30.425(A))

§ 16.56.020. Conditional uses.

Conditional uses allowed in the X district are all uses allowed in the district with which the X is combined.

§ 16.56.030. Development regulations.

Development regulations in the X district are as specified in the conditional development permit. In no event shall the number of dwelling units, floor area ratio (FAR), or floor area limit (FAL), exceed the development regulations as set forth in the zoning district with which the X - conditional development district is combined.
