Sec. 5.32.010 - Declaration.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Mendocino may levy and collect taxes for the creation and accumulation of a fund for capital outlays which said fund shall be designated as the "Accumulative Capital Outlay Fund."

Sec. 5.32.020 - Authority.

The levy of taxes and establishment of a fund as herein provided is authorized by and subject to the limitations of Title 5, Division 2, Part 1, Chapter 4, Article 4 of the Government Code of the State of California (Section 53730 et seq. of the Government Code).
