3.12.010 - Transfer of duties to county.

Pursuant to the authority given by Section 51500 et seq. of the Government Code of the state, the duties of city assessor and tax collector are transferred to the assessor and tax collector of the county. The duties of the city treasurer of the city shall continue to be performed by the city treasurer and are not transferred to the county treasurer by the ordinance codified in this chapter.
