2.28.010 - Qualification for state aid.

The city declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the state under the provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4, of the California Penal Code.

2.28.020 - Recruitment and training standards.

Pursuant to Sections 13510(c) and 13525 of said Chapter 1, the McFarland police department will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the commission of peace officer standards and training.

2.28.030 - Training of public safety dispatchers.

The commission on peace officer standards and training and its representatives may make such inquiries as deemed necessary to ascertain that the public safety dispatcher personnel of the McFarland police department adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the commission.
