12.28.010 - Sidewalks, curbs and gutters.¶
It is unlawful for the owner, lessee, or operator of any business establishment in the city from which any alcoholic beverage is sold for consumption on the premises to do any of the following:
A. To fail to keep closed the door or doors of any entrance or exit located on the exterior walls of any such business establishment except when persons are entering or leaving therefrom; or
B. To fail to keep the sidewalk, curb and gutter in front of the business establishment facing any street or alley clean and free and clear of any foreign objects left, placed or located thereon, including but not limited to, all debris, paper, glass, metal, wood, sticks, plastic, bottles, cans, chairs, boxes, food products, and any and all other forms of personal property.

12.28.020 - Violation—Penalty.¶
The violation of any part of this chapter shall be an infraction as defined by Section 1.20.010.
