12.12.010 - Prohibited.

No person, firm or corporation having in his or its possession or under his or its control any water pipe, hose, sprinkler, drain or similar article shall permit the water therefrom to run on or across any sidewalk, public way or public street so as to injure the same or obstruct the free travel thereon.

12.12.020 - Violation—Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
