§ 9.62.010. Fees for emergency medical response.¶
There are hereby established in the city of Marysville fees for emergency medical services provided by the city fire department. No such fees shall be charged for the first three medical responses to any one address during any fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th). Fees for the costs of the fourth response and any additional responses to any one address during any fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th) shall be the responsibility of the person or persons served during the rescue call and shall also be the responsibility of any other person or agency which is responsible for the rescue or medical costs of the person or persons served during the rescue call. Fees shall be set by resolution of the city council. Fees shall be in addition to fees charged by private ambulance services. Fees are due and payable to the city no later than thirty days from the date of the city's bill.
