§ 9.32.010. Places of public assembly.

It is unlawful for any person to loiter or to stand or sit in or at the entrance of any church, hall, theater or other place of public assemblage within the boundaries of the city so as to in any manner obstruct such entrance.

§ 9.32.020. Pedestrian tunnels.

It is unlawful for any person to loiter, stand, or sit in or about any pedestrian tunnel so as to in any manner hinder or obstruct the free passage therein of persons passing, or attempting to pass, through or along the same, or so as to in any manner annoy or molest persons passing through or along the same.

§ 9.32.030. Cemetery.

It is unlawful for any person to loiter in or about any public or private cemetery.

§ 9.32.040. Posted property.

It is unlawful for any person to enter or remain upon any posted property during those hours prohibited by the signs posted thereon without the written permission of the owner, tenant, or occupant in the legal possession or control thereof. "Posted property" means any private property within the city regularly used for commercial purposes or parking for any apartment house (as defined in Title 18) on which signs have been placed in the manner hereafter described. The signs shall be not less than one square foot in area and will have letters not less than two inches in height which will read "Trespassing — loitering forbidden by Marysville Municipal Code Section 9.32.040," followed by a designation of specific hours during which such trespassing and loitering are prohibited. These signs will be posted in at least two prominent places on the property where they are clearly visible from outside of the property.

§ 9.32.050. Violations and penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction, punishable by a fine of one hundred fifty dollars.
