§ 9.40.010. Permission required.¶
It is unlawful for any person to conduct or take part in any public meeting held on any public street, or in any square, park, lane, alley, court or other public place, or at, or in front of the entrance to any public building in the City unless permission to hold such public meeting shall first have been obtained in writing, signed by the City Manager or his designee and the Chief of Police. Such permission in writing shall designate the time and place when and where such meeting shall be held.
