§ 15.07.010. Adoption of the California Green Building Standards Code.¶
The City hereby adopts by reference the 2025 Edition of the California Green Building Standards Code as published by the International Code Council, also known as Part 11 of Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing the planning, design, operation, construction, use, and occupancy of every newly constructed building or structure unless otherwise indicated in the California Green Building Standards Code.
