§ 15.28.010. Adopted.¶
In accordance with Health and Safety Code Section 13869.7, the City hereby ratifies the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Fire Code, adopting by reference the 2025 California Fire Code (California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 9 (based on the 2024 International Fire Code published by the International Code Council)) as amended by the changes, additions and deletions set forth in Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Ordinance No. 2025-14. The Chief, or the Chief's authorized representative, of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District is hereby delegated the enforcement of the Fire Prevention Code within the City of Martinez, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 13869.7.
