§ 15.29.010. Adoption of California Wildland-Urban Interface Code.¶
In accordance with Health and Safety Code Section 13869.7, the City hereby ratifies the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Wildland-Urban Interface Code, adopting by reference the 2025 California Wildland-Urban Interface Code Fire Code (California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 7) as amended by the changes, additions, and deletions set forth in Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Ordinance No. 2025-15. The Chief, or the Chief's authorized representative, of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District is hereby delegated the enforcement of the Wildland-Urban Interface Fire Code within the City of Martinez, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 13869.7.
