§ 10.76.010. Driving vehicles through railway gates.¶
No person shall drive any vehicle through, around or under any crossing gate or barrier at a railroad grade crossing while such gate or barrier is closed.

§ 10.76.020. Blocking streets prohibited.¶
No person shall cause or permit any railway train, railway cars or similar vehicles on rails, to stop or stand or to be operated in such a manner as to prevent the use of any street for the purpose of travel for a period of time longer than ten minutes, except that this provision shall not apply to railway trains, cars or similar vehicles on rails while blocking or obstructing a crossing because of an accident which requires the operator of the train, car or similar vehicle on rails to stop at or near the scene of the accident.

§ 10.76.030. Speed limit in city.¶
No person owning, operating or controlling any railroad train, or part thereof, in or through the City shall cause, permit, or allow the railroad train or part thereof to pass over, along or upon any of the public streets or highways of the City at a speed greater than 30 miles per hour.

§ 10.76.040. Railroad train tunnel signals in city.¶
Any railroad train tunnel opening within the City of Martinez shall have appropriate safety signage at both entry and exit points. Said signage shall indicate both the hazards associated with unauthorized entry into the tunnel, and the illegal nature of unauthorized use of a railroad right-of-way. Signs shall be such sizes as to be easily visible to the public, and should be permanently affixed to the tunnel.
