Mariposa County Municipal Code § 13.20 Water And Sewers

The board of supervisors finds that it is necessary for it to establish uniform fees for the inspection of utilities for mobile home dwellings on private property within the county.

It is unlawful for any individual, firm, association, syndicate, copartnership, corporation, trust or any other legal entity as a principal agent or otherwise to install a mobile home on private property within the county without making application to and paying said fees as may be set by resolution pursuant to this chapter with

the local enforcement agency for utility inspections; and further, it shall be the duty of the local enforcement agency to make said inspections pursuant to the regulations prescribed in Title 25 of the California Code of Regulations.

Violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute an infraction and shall be punishable under Chapter 1.20, the general penalty provisions, of this code.
