Marina Municipal Code Ch. 17.36 Pf or Public Facility District

The following uses are permitted in the PF district: A. None. (Ord. 2020-07 § 2, 2020; Zoning Ordinance dated 7/94, 1994)

Uses permitted subject to first obtaining a use permit or in the Coastal Zone a coastal development permit in each case: A. Public and private schools; B. Government offices and support facilities including public safety facilities; C. Utility installations; D. Public recreation facilities; E. One single-family residence in the Coastal Zone only as provided for in the Marina local coastal land use plan; F.
