11.22.010 - Prohibitions.

It is unlawful to anchor, ground, moor or dock any vessel in those portions of Richardson Bay within Marin County jurisdiction, except as permitted by the board of supervisors.

11.22.020 - Exceptions.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to:

(a) Vessels possessing permits issued by the County of Marin;

(b) Vessels moored to approved shoreside facilities or in areas covered by an approved plan;

(c) Vessels which anchor temporarily for periods of less than seventy-two hours.

11.22.030 - Fees.

The board of supervisors may provide, by resolution, for the imposition of permit fees for the use of approved anchorages.
