§ 24.01

The purpose of this title is to establish standards of improvements and construction for the development of land within the unincorporated area of Marin County in order to:

(a)

Implement the Marin countywide plan;

(b)

Protect the public health, safety and welfare;

(c)

Inform developers of private property of the normal minimum requirements of the county.
