7.01.010 - Acceptance and approval by City Engineer and Street Superintendent.

No street, alley or other public place purposed or offered to be dedicated to the public, whether unimproved or graveled, paved, guttered, sidewalked or otherwise improved, shall be accepted by the City unless there is filed with such offer of dedication the written acceptance and approval of the City Engineer and Street Superintendent of the lines and grades thereof.
