§ 3-4.101. Established.¶
The City Treasurer shall establish and maintain a separate fund and account to be known as the "Sewer Rental Fund".

§ 3-4.102. Deposits.¶
All funds received from the collection of the sewer rental charges set forth in Chapter 5 of Title 6 of this Code shall be deposited in the Sewer Rental Fund.

§ 3-4.103. Expenditures.¶
The funds deposited in the Sewer Rental Fund shall be used only for the acquisition, management, operation, maintenance, and reconstruction of sanitary sewage facilities or the storm sewage system of the City; provided, however, such funds may be used to repay any Federal or State loans or advances made to the City and to repay and retire any bonds duly authorized and issued by the City for the construction, improvement, replacement, or repair of any of the sewage facilities of the City.
