§ 3-4.301. Established.¶
There is hereby established the "Special Fund for Publicity and Advertising."

§ 3-4.302. Deposits and expenditures.¶
The amount of Ten ($0.10) Cents on each One Hundred and No/100ths ($100.00) Dollars of assessed valuation is hereby appropriated for the purpose of providing funds for the Special Fund for Publicity and Advertising, and such funds shall be used only for publicity or advertising purposes.
