Los Banos Municipal Code Art. 2 Meetings

Regular City Council meetings shall be held at 6:00 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of each month. If such date falls upon a City holiday, the meeting shall be held at the usual hour and place on the next succeeding day which is not a City holiday, unless cancelled in advance by majority vote of the City Council. All regular and special meetings of the City Council shall be held in the City Hall Council Chambers, unless otherwise posted and noticed in advance in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act. The City Council, by majority vote, may cancel or adjourn any regular or special meeting.
