Residential Use Districts emphasize residential uses and only allow a minimal amount of compatible

services and amenities.

Sec. 5B.3.1. RESIDENTIAL 1 (RG1)

A. Intent

The RG1 Use District is intended to: accommodate a wide variety of housing types for a variety of housing needs, in a predominately residential setting and facilitate the efficient management of

municipal resources.
