7.76.160 - Foundry defined.¶
As used in this Part 3, "foundry" includes any place where metals are melted or cast, or both, including die casting.

7.76.170 - License required.¶
Every person conducting a foundry shall first procure a license and pay an annual license fee in the amount set forth in Section 7.14.010 of this title, under the appropriate heading.
