7.30.670 - License required—Scope.

A person shall not carry on the business of managing or conducting a skating rink until a written license has been obtained from the tax collector. Such license may also permit the conducting of youth dances, special dances and public dances on the same premises at the time when so endorsed by the commission.

7.30.680 - Fee for licenses.

The fee for a license to conduct a skating rink or to conduct both a skating rink and youth dances or special dances at the same time shall be in the amount set forth in Section 7.14.010 of this chapter, under the appropriate hearing.
