20.86.010 - Appeal to board.¶
Within 30 days of issuance of a written decision by the hearing panel in which review was made of any action or failure to act by an enforcement agency regarding the issuance or revision of a solid-waste facilities permit, any aggrieved person may appeal to the board to review the written decision of the hearing panel.

20.86.020 - Injunctive relief—Petition by attorney.¶
The attorney authorized to act on behalf of and at the request of the enforcement agency shall petition the Superior Court for injunctive relief to enforce any provisions of Sections 20.68.010, 20.80.050 or 20.80.060, any term or condition in any solid-
waste facilities permit, or any standard adopted by the board for the storage of solid waste or for the operation of collection and transportation equipment.
