20.1.

All containers of toxic substances shall be labeled in accordance with Article 85 of the California General Industry

Safety Orders, California Administrative Code or with the general principles outlined in "Guide to Precautionary Labeling of Hazardous Chemicals," Manufacturing Chemists' Association, Inc., Sixth Edition, 1961, whichever is most restrictive.
