11.64.080 - Smoking at polling places and while canvassing votes prohibited.¶
It is unlawful for any person to smoke any cigar, cigarette, pipe or any tobacco, in any form or by any means whatever, in any polling place at any time during an election or during the canvassing in any polling place of the votes cast at an lection.

11.64.090 - Violation of Part 2 provisions—Penalty.¶
Violation of the provisions of this Part 2 is an infraction punishable by:
A.
A fine not exceeding $50.00 for a first violation;
B.
A fine not exceeding $100.00 for a second violation within one year;
C.
A fine not exceeding $250.00 for each additional violation within one year.
