3.04.010 - Deposit of funds.¶

All funds of the city shall be deposited in such depositories as the council may designate from time to time by resolution, subject only to conditions imposed by general statutes pertaining to the same.

3.04.020 - City warrants—Signatures.¶

Each city warrant shall be signed by two of the following city officials: the city manager or his/her designated alternate, and finance director or an alternate designated by the city manager.
