Loomis Municipal Code Ch. 9.06 Areas Where Driving Is Not Allowed

It is unlawful to operate or drive any motor vehicle in the town:

A. On or over any sidewalk, curb, barricade or authorized structure which is in or on any highway, street, alley or public place; or

B. Across private property or driveways to evade traffic regulations or the use of established public ways.
