Lompoc Municipal Code Ch. 2.28 Health Officer

A. The City Health Officer is hereby designated as being the County Health Officer. He or she may carry out enforcement of health and sanitary and related laws of the State and City as may be agreed upon by contract.

B. The City Health Officer may enforce and carry out those provisions of Article 3 of Division 1 of Chapter 18 of the Ordinance Code of the County of Santa Barbara (commencing with Section 1817) which apply to activities, persons or property within the City and the provisions of said Article are adopted by reference and all persons within the City shall conform thereto and the fees and charges stated therein shall apply within the City and shall be collected by and be payable to the County.
