§ 2.20.010. Receipt and Collection of Funds.¶
The provisions of any other code section, ordinance or resolution to the contrary notwithstanding, whenever any other officer of employee of the City receives City monies, such monies shall not be deemed received until actually in the custody of the City Treasurer.

§ 2.20.020. Safeguarding of Money Not Deposited in Bank.¶
When the office is not open for business the City Treasurer shall cause all money received to be kept in a safe place until deposited in a bank.

§ 2.20.030. Deposit of Money in Bank Accounts.¶
The City Treasurer shall cause to be established in the name of the City accounts in such banks as the Treasurer sees fit. The Treasurer shall deposit in the appropriate account all money of the City received by the Treasurer.
