Live Oak, Sutter County Municipal Code Art. 4 Dangerous Buildings Code

For the purpose of establishing proper regulations for building construction, the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, otherwise identified as the International Conference of Building Officials Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, and hereinafter referred to as the "Dangerous Buildings Code" or "DBC" is hereby adopted and made a part of this Code by reference.
