§ 15.08.010. Purpose.¶
The purpose of development design review is to improve upon the City's appearance by providing guidance through high quality development standards for site and building design for all types of development within the City.

§ 15.08.020. Design review may be required.¶
The City Council may from time to time adopt by resolution design review procedures and standards that provide for the improved appearance of new development and major site and building remodels.
