Lemoore Municipal Code Ch. 5 Automobile Towing

The Lemoore police department shall not use towing services of any towing company that does not have an agreement with the city of Lemoore to provide such service. The agreement between the city and the towing company providing towing service shall require the towing company to comply with all California highway patrol regulations and to provide adequate maintenance of towing vehicles, a certificate of liability insurance, and to secure a business license from the city of Lemoore. The agreement may also include other matters required by the city council or city attorney. (Ord. 2009-06, 7-7-2009)
