Chapter 17.81 — DENSITY BONUS

The city shall grant density bonuses and other incentives for provision of eligible housing and/or child care facilities in accordance with the requirements of State law, including Government Code Title 7, Division 1 , Chapter 4.3 (Density Bonuses and Other Incentives), as may be amended from time to time.
