§ 7.16.010. Inspection required.¶
No person, firm, copartnership or corporation shall import into Lassen County, from any other state than California, any potatoes for purposes of planting, without notifying the horticultural commissioner and having them inspected by the commissioner, immediately upon receipt of the imported potatoes.

§ 7.16.020. Violation deemed misdemeanor.¶
Any person, firm, copartnership, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
