2.28.010 Eligible for Aid.¶
The City Council declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the provisions of Penal Code Chapter 1 of Title 4, Part 4. (Ord. 1030 § 2(2), 2018; Ord. 303 § 1, 1964)
2.28.020 Adherence to Standards.¶
Pursuant to Section 13522 of said Chapter 1, the City of Larkspur while receiving aid from the State of California pursuant to said Chapter 1 will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
