Sec. 4-30. - Restricted Areas.

30.1 It shall be unlawful for any person to fish from or upon any of the following areas:

(a)

That certain bridge commonly known as the "Rodman Cutoff Bridge" situated on County Highway #407.

(b)

The two (2) bridges located on Island Drive (County Road No. 210G) and the two (2) bridges located on Konocti View (County Road No. 210D), all of which are located in Clear Lake Subdivision One through Seven.

punished by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00), or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not exceeding thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
