9.1 The following officers and employees of the Lake County Air Quality Management…¶
given arrest and citation powers pursuant to Section 836.5 of the Penal Code:

Air Pollution Control Officer.
(b)
Air Quality Specialist.
(c)
Air Quality Engineers.
(d)
Deputy Air Pollution Control Officer.
(e)
Air Quality Aide.
