The following officers and employees of the Public Works Department are
hereby given arrest and citation powers pursuant to Section 836.5 of the Penal Code to enforce the provisions of this Article VII:
(a)
Deputy Director — Water Resources, Public Works Department;
(b)
Water Resources Engineer;
(c)
Clear Lake Lands Coordinator.
